With over 18 years of experience in HR management and efficiencies, she brings a proven track record of executing change management, successful HR initiatives, and projects in multinational Fortune 500 companies. These include ABN AMRO Bank, The Royal Bank of Scotland, Mashreq, Al Tayer Group, and Aga Khan University Hospital, where she led multiple teams across the UAE, Qatar, Egypt, Pakistan, and East Africa. Maha has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills across various industries, including banking, healthcare, education, insurance, and retail, particularly in the areas of employee engagement, organizational development, and talent acquisition.

She holds a BBA (Honors) in Marketing, an MBA in Human Resources, and is an active Fellow member of the Australian Human Resource Institute (AHRI).
