Dr. Nael holds a Doctorate of Philosophy in Pharmacology from the University of Toronto, Canada as well as an Executive MBA from INSEAD, a global leading business school. During his academic career, Dr. Nael has been an author and co-author of more than 10 peer reviewed journals and was a speaker at multiple International Conferences. Dr. Nael joined NCH in 2010 and today, acts as the Managing Director. Currently, Dr. Nael reports to the chairman and oversees NCH’s management and ensures that their activities are in accordance with the company’s vision, mission and long-term goals. This involves developing a holistic strategy with the underlying objectives of optimizing NCH’s regional market share and operations. Dr. Nael underwent a rotational program at NCH providing exposure in logistics, sales, marketing, finance and general management. Equipped with the essential academic background and proficiency in business operations, Dr. Nael is the 1st generation family member to continue the legacy of Dr. Ghazi.
